Valerie utilizes her deep subject matter expertise in Strategic Sourcing, IT, contracts, Supply Chain, Compliance and Supplier Management, developed through leadership roles on the “sell side” as a SaaS entrepreneur and on the “buy side” as a strategic consultant (to many clients including C-Level executives of F500 corporations) to lead projects that deliver cost savings, reduce risk, and optimize supplier relationships for Seprio's clients.
Valerie has known the Seprio founders for 20+ years. In 2016, she joined the Seprio team to help create a FFIEC focused vendor management program for a financial services client, and then re-joined in 2019 for a F500 bio-tech conglomerate client during their divestiture into 3 corporations.
Since 2019, she has supported Seprio’s COVID-impacted clients, led multi-million-dollar cybersecurity and infrastructure deals, and worked with innovative industry leaders on projects to continuously improve their core business processes.

Prior to joining Seprio, Valerie served as a Supply Chain & Compliance Strategic Advisor at Dun & Bradstreet, held executive entrepreneurial leadership roles including founder and CEO of Novatus (Acquired by Conga), Co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing at CMSI (Acquired by Procuri/Ariba/SAP), Founder and President of the boutique consulting firm, Lumino, and as a Senior Negotiator at Candle Corporation (Acquired by IBM). Valerie attended college for 2 years in Atlanta, GA at Shorter University, in the Bachelor of Science, Business Management program before re-locating to Orlando to help co-founder the SaaS startup, CMSI.
Valerie is based in Atlanta, GA. She is an Evangelical Anglican Christian who attends Church of the Apostles, a mother of 2 beautiful kids, health enthusiast, avid organic cook, and Pilate’s student, who is passionate about charitable works. Valerie has served as an Administrator and Patient Advocate at the Rapha Clinic and she is a founding donor of a free clinic and founder of a jobs program at the CCC serving the West GA community.
